Lal Dayal Enterprises

At Lal Dayal Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have been serving customers through our offline store and leading marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, and Meesho, and we aim to provide the same trusted service through our Shopify store.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, not damaged and returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, invoice, and free gifts (if any).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective at point of delivery:

  • Used kitchen appliances
  • Opened lunch boxes or bottles used for food/liquid storage
  • Crockery or utensils damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Products damaged by improper usage, overheating, or accidental drops
  • Clearance sale or discounted items marked as “Non-Returnable”

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
  3. Our team will verify the issue and arrange replacement or refund accordingly.

After approval:

  • We may arrange pickup depending on service availability.
  • If pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product. Reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed for valid cases.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
  • COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing

6. Replacement Policy

We provide replacements for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damage
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement is subject to stock availability.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Free shipping orders may have actual shipping charges deducted from refunds in certain cases.

Important Note

Due to the fragile nature of products such as crockery, glassware, cookers, kitchen appliances, and utensils, customers are requested to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us process damage claims quickly and smoothly.
