1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable PIN codes in India through Shiprocket courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding cancellation or alternative arrangements.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or order values from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers can track their shipment status through the courier tracking link shared after dispatch.

6. Packaging & Safety

We take special care while packaging fragile and kitchen-related products such as:

  • Cookers
  • Crockery
  • Kitchen appliances
  • Lunch boxes
  • Bottles
  • Utensils

All products are packed securely to minimize transit damage.


7. Damaged Package or Delivery Issues

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

For faster resolution, customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

However, we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment-related concerns.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected PIN codes and order values.
  • Lal Dayal Enterprises reserves the right to disable COD for certain products or locations.
